We’re incredibly excited to be back at Oswestry Showground for The Shropshire Wedding Fayre. This is one of our our biggest wedding shows (and also the biggest in Shropshire!). The site consists of 37 acres offering ample event space including three huge pavilions.
By pre-registering, every couple will be automatically entered into a draw to win a VIP upgrade for 2x people on the day!

Spectacular Catwalk Shows
Experience a dazzling catwalk show as we showcase a range of stunning wedding dresses, gorgeous bridesmaid gowns, stylish groomswear, and more. From classic elegance to modern trends, this catwalk will provide lots of style inspiration.
Tickets & Registration
Your tickets will be emailed to you and there’s no need to print them off, simply head to registration and your name will be on the guest list.
Upgrade to VIP for £10 per person (children under the age of 18 go free) for the extra luxury experience:

The Venue
The venue consists of three spacious pavilions, nestled in 37 acres of outdoor space. The pavilions are available to hire for all sorts of events and already hosts Antique & Collector Fairs, Horse & Dog Shows, Vintage Shows and private events.

Do I need to register in advance?
Tickets are available on the door, but we recommend registering in advance to guarantee entry and to be kept notified of key event information.
Do I need to register my entire party?
Yes. Please book tickets for anyone else coming along with you.
I can’t seem to find confirmation of registration?

Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your name will be on the guest list ready for your arrival.
Is there parking nearby?
There is plenty of free on-site parking at Oswestry Showground.
Does everyone get a goody bag?

Is there somewhere to purchase food and drink?
Select exhibitors will be selling food and drink throughout the day including pizza and coffee.
Will there be somewhere to sit down?
Yes. There is plenty of seating available.

Oswestry Showground is located just off the A5 with easy access by road. Ample free parking is available on-site at Oswestry Showground.
